Welcome to Gemini Multisport!  I created this project out of the desire to help athletes become the best athletes they can, in the shortest amount of time, safely.  Whether you are a beginner, or pro, there is always a better way to get to that point we call our goal.  A coach should take the mystery out of learning, educate the athlete, inspire, and communicate their knowledge and experience throughout the coach/athlete relationship.  My philosophy is based off of quality and logical training, all while having a "real life." I will customize your program and educate you not only about the latest training techniques, but help you learn about yourself while assisting in managing your time, essentially, become a better athlete with less training. Few want to spend every waking moment just doing one thing, and too many things cause undue stress which can lead to injury and sickness.
